Time Management Software

Hello,
Our library is also looking at time and print management software.  We are 
looking at Cybraryn, Envisionware, and Pharos.  I would appreciate hearing 
from anyone in a small to medium sized public library who has experience 
with any of these products and would be willing to answer a few questions.
