[WEB4LIB] request: Propero server needs estimate

These figures may be of some use to you, even though they're not from
Prospero.

At present our ILLiad folder of PDF files for ILL patrons contains 145
PDFs, taking up 227MB. Though this is a slow time of the year with
the semester just starting, I don't think we've ever gone over 1GB,
and definitely never over 2GB.

Our Docutek EReserve system currently has 900 PDF files occupying
779MB.

We worried about the storage issues, but they just don't seem to be a
problem. I imagine it is because we're used to thinking of PDFs as
"big and slow" when we're downloading them over a dialup line. But in
terms of server space, it isn't a problem, at least for us.
