bill,

that's fine if you were not clear at first as to what he was asking 
for.  all you needed to do was ask it.  instead, you made what to me (and 
others apparently) sounded like a sarcastic comment about doing his 
homework for him.  i don't think that was called for.  we all need 
assistance at times, regardless of whether or not we're students or working 
professionals.  if you didn't feel that his questions warranted any help 
from you, then there was no need to say anything at all.  this is the way i 
see it, anyhow.
