Duh!  It's not quite the same, but someone just wrote to point out how
easy it is to toggle from the toolbar.  I guess like a lot of folks I
was so busy thinking "but I wanna use F10" that I missed features Right
There. (I still need a larger--or a second--monitor... or at least
that's my excuse!)
