The problem was not perhaps in your tone, Bill, but the tone of the 
original question. I too got the impression that rather that do any 
preliminary work, the student was hoping that Web4Lib would do the work for 
him. Quite likely, this is not true, but it was what I got from the initial 
query.
Email is tricky that way. ;-)
