Walt, you're not working your Apache jockeys hard enough!  Regardless of 
Opera's "Identify As..." setting, the string "Opera N.nn" is still there:

   Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MSIE 5.5; Windows 2000) Opera 7.0 [en]
   Mozilla/5.0 (Windows 2000; U) Opera 7.0 [en]
   Mozilla/4.78 (Windows 2000; U) Opera 7.0 [en]
   Mozilla/3.0 (Windows 2000; U) Opera 7.0 [en]
