802.11b networks for the public : keeping them *out* of our servers...

We'd like to offer 802.11b wireless internet access to our patrons. 
However, we're
concerned about them accidentally(?) accessing our servers, possibly 
reading or changing
things they shouldn't....

Is it possible to set it up so that patrons can have Internet access, 
but are unable to browse
the network (i.e. if they click on "Network Neighborhood/My Network 
Places" they see nothing)??
