Online Surveys (full message)

I am considering the use of an online survey service to conduct public
satisfaction polls and training evaluation.  Does anyone have experience
with one that is fairly inexpensive yet highly functional?  Has anyone
evaluated these sites already and could share their findings?
 
Some of the ones I've looked at include Intercomm Survey Suite,
SurveyMonkey, FreedBack and Question Builder.
