Online Surveys

I am considering the use of an online survey service to conduct public
satisfaction polls and training evaluation. Does anyone have experience with
one that is fairly inexpensive yet highly functional? Has anyone evaluated
these sites already and could share their findings?

Some of the ones I've looked at include Intercom Survey Suite, SurveyMonkey,
FreedBack, and QuestionBuilder.
