the "instant jake" service at Openly Informatics was down because of 
a configuration error. it is fixed.

( instant jake is a free, experimental service that puts an 
openURL-compatible jake on any webpage with 5 lines of html . see 
http://www.openly.com/jake/ )

and though web4lib is a great list, jakedev at openly.com is the way we 
prefer to receive support requests.
