This is a riot. Back when the first censorware came out (forget which
it was, but got lots of local press, since it was an Idaho company)
and they promised monthly updates, several of us geek-guys on campus
were meeeting over a refreshing beverage and proposed that we could
simply buy one copy and then get the updates so we could see what was
new every month. Of course we then found out that the files were
encrypted....
This announcing of where they are better seems to be a real
double-edged sword. They're pushing porn, listing sites with "nasty
names", and also providing the competition with a list of things to
update their own software. Seems like a bad choice to me.
