CGI

I'm looking into doing a registration form for our annual conference using 
CGI and a Perl script.  I can use Perl, but I can't program it.  I'm 
looking for a good, free form mail script that has a page after the initial 
input where the user can confirm their info and print a copy.  Has anyone 
used/found one like this?  It would have to work on an NT Server.
