[WEB4LIB] ISO org. charts for web, print & admin. upkeep

Microsoft Visio isn't designed just for that purpose, but it does a
good job and they're "webbable", as well as printable.  It is
certainly software that is designed to be used by support staff, and
it integrates well with Word and other software.

I'm sure there are other free or inexpensive solutions, however.
