On the lighter side, even though it isn't Friday afternoon, Michael
Margolis' modest proposal in the Chronicle of Higher Education (username &
password required) <http://chronicle.com/weekly/v48/i47/47b01201.htm> is a
hoot.  It is also a logical(?!!) extension of the USA PATRIOT Act.
