I have a library that is having a problem with pornographic pop up 
windows.  The problem is that it is happening even after the browser is 
closed and re-opened and the user is at a "tame" site.  While I was on the 
phone with them, a user was at Yahoo and a questionable window popped 
up.  I had her go through the installed software and nothing seems out of 
the ordinary.  Has anyone had this happen?  I'm a distance away from them 
so any troubleshooting is by phone.
