strange problem

Hi, Hope someone has some ideas about this. I have a text file (HTML) on
our server which is viewable in Explorer but which elicits a "file not
found" response in Netscape. I have tried accessing the page from
several machines, one Mac and have cleaned out my cache. Any ideas??
