Disabling print dialog box in IE (PWB)

Our network people are trying to upgrade our thin
client servers to windows 2k. However in their tests
they have found that w2k allows our full network to be
visible in the print dialog box in IE (or public web
browser). At present our choice seems to be to deny
access to this dialog box (hence no print preview) or
not to upgrade. Neither is acceptable.

Scott of Team Software Solutions has kindly offerred
to try to find out how to change the registry settings
for IE such that the drop down list to select a
printer is disabled. I had a wild hope that the
cognoscenti of this list might have already figured
this out.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Have you
found a solution?

Desperate for a solution,
