[WEB4LIB] code spring clean

Dreamweaver does have a very nice and powerful search and replace feature,
actually.  Try a Ctrl-F - that's what worked in v3.  Or Edit/Replace.  Make
sure to uncheck the "ignore whitespaces" option!

Subject: [WEB4LIB] code spring clean

I'm in the process of cleaning up a whole lot of html files and a lot of the
files have lots of white space in the code, e.g.:
<p>
					You can also
					      use the resources
of the
					<a
href="http://www.bpl.org">Boston Public       Library
</a>.</
p>

Whereas I would rather it looked like:

<p>You can also use the resources of the <a href="http://www.bpl.org">Boston
Public       Library</a>.</p>

This is taking forever to do by hand - has anyone got any suggestions for
cleaning up the code quickly and painlessly? The editor I use is Dreamweaver
4.0. I'm convinced there may be some command I can use in this product, but
I can't find it.

Thanks very much!

Sarah
