It seems to be a 1.0x branch.  The Netscape 7 user agent string is:

   Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823 
Netscape/7.0

The Mozilla 1.1 string is:

   Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826


[No <LINK> support in Netscape 7!  Aargh.]
