Hmmm...by your theory, Nancy, since the "Second World" referred to the
Eastern bloc and their command economies, we would have to look for a
"command directory." Northern Light perhaps, because we have to pay for
their searches now?

This sounds reminiscent of the term "Third World," so I'm guessing that
Google is the "First Web Directory," Open is the Third, and there is no
Second.
