Page validation question

Thanks to near-simultaneous advice from Thomas Dowling and John Hubbard, I now
know that the strict DTD requires paragraph tags around the text in a
blockquote tag.  This seems a bit redundant to me, but whatever works...

Now to figure out why my break tag doesn't work.
