Clean Slate and command.com

Dear All,
I have a problem with a new install of Clean Slate 1.0 on several machines
(running Win98) in my library's new training room.
Since installation, all machines display the following message at bootup:
"Cannot find the file 'Command.com'
Make sure that the file exists on you system and that the path and filename
are correct."
It doesn't seem to matter whether Clean Slate is activated or disabled -
the meesage still occurs. The only thing that stops it is uninstalling
Clean Slate completely. Has anyone else encountered this?
I have already:
- searched the fortres.com Knowledge Base
- emailed support at fortres.com (and received no reply)
- searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base
- searched the archives of WEB4LIB
- reinstalled Clean Slate (both over the top of the existing install, AND
after uninstalling it)
All machines (new IBM NetVistas) obviously have command.com in the root
directory on c:\, but something is looking for it and can't find it!
Any help will be gratefully appreciated,
Vicki
