[WEB4LIB] Online Library Job Submissions?

Blake, Johns Hopkins University HR site(http://jobs.jhu.edu/) allows for 
online application and pasting of one's resume.  The applicant has the option 
of filling out the online application (which covers just about everything 
in a resume anyway) without pasting in the resume.
