Software (free) for tests and surveys

I recently learned about this product via our WebCT group.
Any server that is open to the public can use this software for free.
Private server users do pay.

There are a number of links to where you can see examples of quizzes people
have created with this. I have not tried this, mainly because I am too lazy
(or busy) to write up a set of test questions.
