bogus survey?

There was a mention a couple of days ago about a bogus library survey that's going around. Not sure if it was this list or CalibK12? Anyway, I just received a message about a survey being conducted by the Evaluation and Training Institute to determine library staff continuing education needs for the Stanford-California State Library Institute on 21st Century Librarianship, InFoPeople Project, and the California Library Association. Is this one legit? Thanks.
