[WEB4LIB] Compilations of online reference resources

Michigan Electronic Library at http://www.mel.org. They are maintained by
the Library of Michigan.  MEL links to over 20,000 sites organized by
broad subjects and sub-subjects.  There is also a general reference
section.  Sites are selected by librarians.  It does have many
Michigan-specific links as would be expected.
