At Chicago Public we found that email access was one of the greatest adult
programming draws you could deliver.  They come for the email, they
discover other things ... and you broaden your community support base.

That said, I was also in Maryland when they were handing out email
accounts (some years ago when Sailor first launched) and I wouldn't wish
that on anyone.
