[WEB4LIB] subscription resource usabiltity

Thank you Catherine! This is exactly what I'm talking about. We have to
let the vendors know we are NOT happy with these substandard interfaces.

Which lists do you feel would respond to this issue? I'm thinking its
also a reference issue, so some of those lists should be involved.
