Good link.  Much as I dislike Jack Valenti, he makes his points well.  He
may be right with "But 99 percent of the American public are not hackers;
nor would they be law-breakers if legitimate movies are Internet-available
at a reasonable price. I do believe that."  
I used to copy videos from the air, but now buy for better quality.  Digital
may be the same quality, but I still may buy to avoid the bother.  I used to
use software (in college) that was not legal.  Now, eery program I have is
legal.  

So, perhaps it can work.
