Which is why it seems advantagous to use a table set to 100% Width and
columns with Width set using PERCENTAGES to provide the viewer with the
maximum information in the first glimpse--which could vary on a continum
between a) the top portion of the page viewed in a shrunken window and b) on
a full screen with 1024 X 768  resolution.

Am I wrong in assuming this?
