New Google Beta Available--Image Search

Google is now beta testing an "image search" capability via the Google
Advanced Search Page
http://www.google.com/advanced_search
or by using the syntax
<search term(s)> filetype:<an image filetype extension (gif, jpeg, jpg,
etc.)>
NOTE: This "syntax" search method appears not to be functioning properly as of
the writing of this message.
Images are returned to the user in a thumbnail format.
According to the FAQ the database contains over 150 million images and will
also work with all other Google command syntax.
Information about removing adult content and having an image(s) removed
because of copyright can be found in the FAQ.
