Favorite registry hacks (Was: NoToolsOptions registry hack enlightenment)

Julia's post reminded me of a couple registry hacks I find invaluable in a
library setting:

*Disabling buttons in the Windows NT security dialog box (and Win2K): see
Microsoft knowledge base article Q174840 [disables Change password, lock
workstation, and task manager]

*Disabling the Keyboard Windows Key: see kb article Q216893
