Yes, it is a worthwhile article. For example, on page 365, the authors discuss
how most library web sites are organized by format, "...structured much like
the physical library and read like the direction board in a physical library
(e.g. the catalog, the indexes, the journal collection, etc.)." They later
assert that users (unlike librarians) don't usually approach information needs
in terms of tools or formats. The authors provide more kindling for those who
would like to organize their library homepage in a more user-orientated
approach, like by subject.
