Following up from Walt Crawford's reply, I went to the pages for the
Publication Rights Clearinghouse. <http://www.nwu.org/prc/prchome.htm>
from the National Writers Union. It grew out of agreements for royalties
with Contentville. Part of the problem may be a lack of differentiation
between pay per view aggregators and flat fee aggregators.
