[WEB4LIB] RE: Article - "Post-Tasini: Pity the Librarians"

This has been a very good discussion.  I agree that some libraries may be
hurt by the decision by NYTimes to remove material.  But as Dan said, this
will not be important to typical students as there are many other articles
still available.  I believe the Times should be negotiating with the
independent writers.  What if we in a form of protest submitted all of our
names to the Times agreeing to no payment?  I understand they have a web
form up.
