blocking the use of webmail on a public access pc

Hi,

We wish to block the use of webmail or web based email on a selection of our
pcs. How is this best achieved? We are aware of the 'cyber not' list in
Cyberpatrol but this would involve us listing all webmail sites ourselves.

Is there a more effective way of achieving the result we desire?
