[WEB4LIB] Memory upgrade question

With Windows98, I suggest keeping to 512 Mb or LESS.
Reason being: see Microsoft support Article ID: Q253912
"Out of Memory Problems with Large Amounts of Physical RAM"
128 Mb seems to ME to be a good choice, performance wise,
for Win98.
