eGroups.com (which absorbed ONElist, and recently absorbed by Yahoo) has served
us well for 2 years. I send out new item lists twice a month as well as the
calendar of events and other program notices.
One reason I like it is that a patron can subscribe/unsubscribe via e-mail,
without having to visit a Web site and fill out forms.
Maintenance is almost nil; I've only had to handle one address change manually
for someone who didn't understand how to do it.
