[WEB4LIB] Not sure where else to ask...

Most likely exchange admins are finally getting around to implementing
virus scanning on their systems (ours was just (finally) implemented).

The default anti-virus software settings were probably accepted (to
email notification to senders of virii discovered) and your user is
just receiving notification that the virus was detected and isolated by
the software.

The exchange admin at the other end would have deleted the isolated
virus file (which could not be deleted automatically - see the last
line of the message) from the server. Your user should run a virus
scan on their machine "just in case" and after a clean bill of health
feel free to archive or delete those messages.

Back in the days of the Love Bug Virus, one staff member was infected and
sent mail to lots of places, including a couple of lists.. 8 months later,
i.e., now, she has started getting messages like the following. Why are they
showing up 8 months after the fact??? How does she stop them, or is it just
penance to have to read them???

Thanks
