[WEB4LIB] problem with IE5

I found the solution or at least a workaround by searching in the Microsoft
Knowledgebase.  The article is 

 Q250915 - Error Message: Access to the Resource 'HTTP://<Location>' Has
Been Disallowed 

The workaround is to type the address without HTTP:// in front of it.
