PC Reservation Software

Hello,
We are a medium-sized public library in Northern Wisconsin   We know that controlling time use, user access and providing usage statistics for Internet and product access has been discussed in the past on various listservs.  We are aware of Pharos, and even the forthcoming PCReservation, but we are looking for the latest feedback on software and/or methods used--experience with practicality, cost, maintenance, etc--even with Pharos.  Your time and responses are appreciated!
