[WEB4LIB] architectural slide collection conversion

Since I have to create a page for each file, I have decided to use FrontPage
2000's autothumbnail function.  It doesn't create a true thumbnail but just
puts in the image with the size automatically generated.  I know you purists
out there will not like that but this will be restricted to just our
students on our campus via our network.  Doing it this way will allow faster
loading of the full image as well.  It will already be in the cache.
