Rollovers and Netscape

It is important to note that the rollovers created using style sheets do not
work in Netscape 3 or 4.  They may work in Netscape 5 but I deleted that
because it was such a dog.  The style sheets and rollovers function in the
two best browsers available today: IE5 and Opera 5.0
