Hi, Walter.  I have Libnetcat set to disallow attachments,
mainly for security reasons.  Thankfully, it does so
nondestructively, zapping attachments but letting normal
text through.  The list is administered through Yahoo
Groups (formerly Egroups.com), a free list host.
