[WEB4LIB] IE 6.0 Restrictions

Jim,
Where did you get your copy of IE 6.0? Perhaps your ISP has sent
you a pre-configured browser. Often they set up a proxy of some sort,
then prevent you from going in and changing it.
Just a thought...
