I have used Bravenet's (free) mailing list tool. It works well with non HTML
(plain text) emails. However, the format for html formatted emails is
limited unless you upgrade to the inexpensive paid subscription.

Has anyone utilized software or a web product to manage a large e-
mailing list for program announcements, news from the library, etc.?
We're looking for something that would allow the Development Dept to
send out periodic emails.  I would appreciate hearing your experiences.
