Windows Key + Shift + M  will "undo" the minimize all 

Is that enough?
I'm not aware of a Maximize all shortcut

OK folks, I am looking for something that I hope exists.  I know that
Windows Key-M minimizes all open windows on a screen, but is there a
keyboard shortcut for maximizing a window?  I spent quite a bit of time
looking this morning without success.
