Critique of new Web site design

I have recently completed a draft of a new Web site.  I would like to gather
the opinions of my fellow list members, as I value your input!

Here is the URL (it will get shorter once we go live):

Please, no Flash arguments.  This site uses Flash as an enhancement, and in
no way prohibits use of the site (the Flash image is the same download time
as a photograph of our building).  This new site downloads quicker than our
current site.
