Updated bibliography on digital reference

The Virtual Reference Desk (VRD) has updated its bibliography of articles,
papers, and other resources on digital reference. Originally published in
the book "Digital Reference Service in the New Millennium: Planning,
Management, and Evaluation" (Neal-Schuman Publishers, 2000), the
bibliography is updated regularly on the VRD Web site. Resources are
listed by category (e.g. real time technologies, academic libraries, etc.)
for easier user navigation.
