Microsoft has a page about this that may or may not help
you.

Also other things you could try (but may not fix it) are
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="Tue, 01 Jan 1980 1:00:00 GMT">
And setting the cache size in IE to 0 .
